Our bagasse knife complies with FDA 176.170 and EC1935-2004 requirements, making it a safe and reliable choice for your food service needs. It boasts exceptional water and oil resistance, maintaining its integrity even when exposed to hot oil at temperatures ranging from 90℃ to 100℃ or hot water at the same temperature for up to 30 minutes. No deformation, fuzzing, wrinkles, or leakage to worry about!

Not only is our bagasse knife microwavable and freezer safe, allowing you to conveniently handle hot food and beverages up to 212 degrees Celcius without any issues - it has PFAS-Free version. The oil-resistant feature remains stable from 5℃ to 100℃.
