Transaction Terms

Price

The price we offer is based on FOB Shenzhen. And the price has a certain validity period.

Packaging

Our regular packaging method is PE inner bag with your lable and A=A carton.
 

Payment Terms

30% deposit paid in 3 days after signing the contract, then we (Luzhou Pack) will arrange production, 70% balance paid before goods dispatch from the factory.
 

Shipment Terms

The lead time is ranged from 20 to 60 days after 30% deposit is received by us (Luzhou Pack) . But if we have corresponding & enough inventory, the lead time would be 3 - 7 days.
Remark: Exact lead time will be based on the order quantity and products.

Place of Delivery: Nansha Port (Recommend) or Shenzhen Port.

Remark: You should pick up the goods in time according to the delivery date stipulated in the contract. If the goods are not shipped within 30 days, we (Luzhou Pack) would charge you the warehouse rental fee of CNY 6.0 per CBM per day. And if the goods are not shipped within 90 days after the goods are ready, we will make other arrangement for the goods which you ordered, but we (Luzhou Pack) won't return the deposit.
 

Weight Variance

±1g allowed for piece weight within 9g. ±1.5g allowed for piece weight ranged from 10g to 27g. ±2g allowed for piece weight ranged from 27g to 36g. ±2.5g allowed for piece weight ranged from 36g to 44g. ±3g allowed for piece weight ranged from 44g to 60g. ±5g allowed for piece weight over 60g.

Loading Quantity

1% overflow short packaging is allowed, and the specific shipment quantity is subject to the actual situation of loading.
 

Quality Standard

The quality standards for product acceptance will be implemented in accordance with our (Luzhou Pack) factory inspection standards. If the quality issues happen, you should investigate the quality problem in a timely manner. If it is caused by us (Luzhou Pack), you should collect relevant evidences and report them to us (Luzhou Pack) immediately, and cooperate with us (Luzhou Pack) to deal with it. If it is caused by you, like storage issues, you should bear the responibility for disposal.
 

Breach Clause

If you need to make change to the order, you should inform us (Luzhou Pack) of the change in advance. Upon confirmation by both of us, we would provide the goods according to the changed order.

In case of any dispute arising from the execution of the contract, both parties should negotiate amicably. If negotiation fails, the dispute should be submitted to the court in the place where we (Luzhou Pack) is located for litigation.
