Smooth transaction! After 15 days of hard work, we have completed production. And shipping to Canada customer named DO. This order involves 31 full 40HQ containers of 10" bagasse fibre-based plates. Before deciding to place this large quantity order, DO performed strict & multi-dimensional tests to inspect the feature of the plate, such as waterproof and oil resistant performance, stiffness, performance in refrigerators and microwaves, etc.. As we expected, the test results reached & in certain aspects exceeded their expectations. The whole proccess took about 6 months including factory inspection, our sr. sales rep. Yolanda Jiang warmly, closely & patiently communicated with DO throughout the process. After carefully determining the contract terms, DO freely paid the advance payment. Then Luzhou Pack began intense production immediately. We feel happy & grateful to gain the trust from DO. What's more, we're proud to state that we've built long-term partnership with DO, which means that we've become their prime manufacturer & their future orders will be produced by us mainly.
