Good News | Luzhou Pack (Xinfeng) Company Approved as “Guangdong Province Biodegradable Pulp Molding Engineering Technology Research Center”

Recently, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology officially released the list of recognized engineering technology research centers in Guangdong Province for 2024. Shaoneng Group Oasis Ecology (Xinfeng) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Luzhou Pack (Xinfeng) Company”) was successfully selected for its technological innovation capabilities and achievement conversion capabilities in the industry, and was recognized as the “Guangdong Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for Biodegradable Pulp Molding.”

This marks another significant provincial-level scientific research qualification certification for Luzhou Pack (Xinfeng) Company following multiple technological breakthroughs, signifying new progress in the construction of a collaborative innovation system integrating industry, academia, and research.

The Guangdong Provincial Engineering and Technology Research Center serves as the core platform for establishing a technology innovation system characterized by “enterprises as the main body, market-oriented, and deep integration of industry-academia-research-application.” This recognition process involved rigorous procedures, including application by the organization, expert review, public announcement, and re-examination. Ultimately, a total of 554 organizations across the province were approved.

The selected organizations must meet stringent criteria, including the proportion of R&D investment, the allocation of full-time research and development personnel, and the number of independently owned intellectual property rights over the past three years. The selection of Luzhou Pack (Xinfeng) Company fully reflects the government's high recognition of its R&D capabilities and contributions to the industry.
